  1. Defending my position in the post debate here since liam always deletes his live streams for whatever reason and there was a lot of blatant strawmanning going on against me while I was not there to defend myself that I absolutely do not tolerate. Oh by the way I watch all the videos from all of you guys, I support all you guys just obviously have polar opposite views in other aspects.

So first of all a blatant strawman was made against me claiming the only reason I want to debate is because I "feel like I am superior" and want to bring up "stupid points" about the coriolis effect that no one knows about. lol so umm.. firstly the reason I want to debate is the same exact reason why you guys love debating carnists, to expose flaws in their logic since you genuinely feel they are wrong and to plant seeds in other peoples minds who may be watching who may at least consider your views and do the required research and maybe change their minds for the better.

Secondly, if you as a ball earther claim that the coriolis effect is something that is "stupid" and that "no one knows about it" well I'm sorry but the finger is pointing at you on that one since the coriolis effect is the #1 proof you have that the earth is supposedly spinning. So if you claim that your #1 proof of the earth spinning is "stupid" and "no one knows about it" then you have a severe misunderstanding of your own model.

Kind of like the same relationship atheists have with severely indoctrinated religious people. Atheists tend to be more educated and knowledgeable about the bible and religious peoples beliefs than the religious people themselves, which seems to be the exact same case here where I as a flat earther know more about your own model than you ball earthers apparently do since you don't even know what the coriolis effect is.

Lastly, I find it funny how logan was mad about the flat earthers removing him from their group and was saying this in context to them being evasive and not understanding of his beliefs and exhibiting ignorance in a sense, yet liam not only removed me from the google hangout, but he proceeded to permanently ban me from chatting on his channel and then he deleted the video afterwards.

So yeah I feel your pain bro, maybe we should do another debate that is more formal and we stick to one topic and hopefully one day you guys wont throw out a thousand red herrings at me to try and ad hominem attack me and we can finally discuss what we believe since flat earth and veganism go hand in hand in removing the veil of deception that has been forcibly placed over our eyes through a rigorous campaign of indoctrination since we were children. Thank you, ciao.

  2. This idea that animal trans fatty acids don't influence heart disease like industrial trans fats do is completely unfounded. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2830458/ Animal based trans fats act the same as industrial trans fats do, in that they raise your LDL cholesterol which has been demonstrably proven to be the only true cause of atherosclerosis, and lowers your HDL cholesterol, which plays a non-causal role in heart disease. According to this meta-analysis, raw or cooked meat, as well as dairy, eggs, and other animal products, all cause heart disease, and it's undeniable at this point, anyone who disagrees is completely lost in the void of delusion for eternity.

Save this study for future use if you haven't already Logan, would've been nice to see you refer to it here at the beginning of this debate.

  3. Well I did it, I watched the whole thing. Here’s my input

    1. His story about his health going down the drain as a vegan could be true but it does sound kind of fishy. He didn’t really give us enough information. He made it sound like his health wasn’t good the entire 2 years he was vegan. So was he saying he experienced a decline in his health soon after going vegan or was it later on? That’s what I want to know. And he mentioned he kept a food log, it would have been helpful if he shared that or told us the types of things he ate in general.

It could have been iron-deficient anemia for all we know, which could be remedied without meat. That’s the problem, too many people who go vegan and then don’t feel good for some reason automatically assume it was the diet. Correlation doesn’t necessarily equal causation, and if it IS a dietary problem they’re quick to say veganism is unsustainable rather than figuring out what they can do to fix the problem without going back to animal products.

I find his story fishy because I did the exact same thing, researching how much of what nutrient I would need daily and what I would need regarding supplements. While I’m not fruitarian or on a raw vegan diet, I’m doing very well. So if he knew what he needed and he was eating enough of those things like he claims, I can’t see how it possibly could have been his diet. Furthermore, let’s say he did go a full 2 years (or most of it) feeling that way. I wonder why he wouldn’t have done something about it sooner. If I was that low in energy for a prolonged period of time, that would raise a major red flag for me. I’m sorry but it doesn’t matter if he doesn’t trust doctors, it’s just not worth the health risk.

    2. Even if this carnivorous diet or any other non-vegan diet was proven to be the healthiest diet to follow, I’d stay vegan. It doesn’t change the fact that animal agriculture is destroying our planet and it’s completely unethical to torture and kill all of those innocent, defenseless animals.

I think throwing out ethics for selfishness would be the death of humanity, figuratively AND literally. It’s totally not okay to kill an animal for no good reason just because they’re a different species, less intelligent, etc. When I see a cow I don’t want to hurt it, I want to treat it the same way I’d treat a pet such as a dog or a cat.

The argument that animals don’t have feelings is completely false. I’ve seen videos of cows screaming in anguish because their babies were stolen and rescued cows jumping for joy after being taken out of that nightmare. I challenge people who claim animals don’t experience emotion to watch videos like that then try to say they don’t experience it. They’d be lying to themselves

  4. When Chris showed the study that shows that rats didn't developed atherosclerosis from the trans fats in meat but did develop atherosclerosis from vegetable oil trans fats, he made a huge jump by assuming that "natural" trans fats are not harmful to humans because it's not just the trans fats in vegetable oils that are responsible for atherosclerosis. There are other harmful substances in vegetable oils which contribute to atherosclerosis such as BHA – BHT which cause systemic and oxidative inflammation, the instability of the oils, the altered omega 6 to 3 ratio, the oils cause free radicals and red blood cells to oxidize, they block mitochondria cells which causes insulin resistance and damage endothelial function, the fact that vegetable oil is a foreign substance and rancid and it hardens in the soft tissue. Rats are omnivores so they won't develop atherosclerosis from meat. Vegetable oils including non trans fat ones cause atherosclerosis in every animal. So it wouldn't have been specifically the trans fats in the vegetable oils that caused the atherosclerosis development in the rats, it would have been the other harmful substances.

There's a study that shows that the trans fats in animal products and the trans fats in vegetable oils had the same effect IN HUMANS and they both raised LDL and lowered HDL.
    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2830458/

"This review provides the first quantitative comparison of the effect of ruminant trans fatty acids and CLA with that of industrial trans fatty acids on blood lipoproteins in humans. Our analysis shows that all three classes of trans fatty acids raise the ratio of LDL to HDL, and therefore, presumably, the risk of coronary heart disease. The effect of ruminant trans fatty acids and CLA on the LDL to HDL ratio was less than that of industrial trans fatty acids although the difference was not significant."

^ So the industrialized vegetable oil trans fats and the animal trans fats both had the same effects and both raised LDL and lowered HDL, however the vegetable oil trans fats impact was higher than the animal trans fats in terms of LDL rise and HDL reduction only due to the fact that vegetable oils have a lot more trans fats than animal products and meat. So animal trans fats is still harmful to humans but less harmful than vegetable oil trans fats but that's only because there is a much higher quantity of trans fats in vegetable oils than there is in animal products and meat.

This is why non trans fats margarine has been shown to have cause a lower prevalence of heart disease than butter IN HUMANS as this particular type of margarine contains less trans fats than butter. This study used tub margarine replacements which are lower in trans fat than butter and common vegetable oils. "Soft tub and liquid margarines contain less trans fat than harder stick margarines."
    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5480968/
    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27648593

"Among the single-source group, we found stronger associations with MI when substituting tub margarine for stick margarine (HR=0.87, 95% CI 0.78, 0.96), and substituting tub margarine for butter (HR=0.92, 95% CI 0.84, 0.99) (Figure 2a). A moderate trend towards lower risk was found for total CHD when substituting stick margarine with tub margarine (HR=0.95, 95% CI 0.89, 1.0) (Figure 2b). Among the multiple-source group, the substitution associations were attenuated and close to the null, although similar directions were found for MI. When we combined the two groups together and measured the substitution associations among butter or margarine users, substituting butter and stick margarine with tub margarine was associated with lower risk of MI (HR=0.94, 95% CI 0.88,0.99)"

  5. …lol so this guy is arguing on the side of vegan junk food vs marathon runners? Stop while you're "ahead" if they compare whole food vegans vs marathon runners you'll look even dumber
