Today’s update is how I ate an amazing chuck steak today and how we cooked it, question on women who put on weight going on a carnivore diet, question what you think I should do when the January experiment comes to and end and if I should carry on eating an all meat diet.

  1. I’m on the same page – I’ve been carnivore this month and I’m hooked. Don’t see the need to change and I don’t really crave vegetables or starches anymore. Stronger and leaner than ever as well. I do encourage you to do strength training at least 3-4 a week. Give it a shot !

  2. for me, my performance gone up in my 2 day on carnivore diet coming from a 3 month strict keto and kept n improving for the 3 weeks I've been carnivore….up unti today when I started my dry fast…. I'll let you know what that's going to be like. again thank you very much for your videos.

  3. I'm noticing that everything is just tasting better too. I literally get blueberry struedel and garlic potato notes from plain steak+butter occasionally, tho I've been refining my palate with whiskey.

  4. I am only following a low-carb diet, but even I find water tastes sweeter after meat, so that's not just due to being on a carnivore diet. I'm working up the courage to try an all-meat phase, so I appreciate your uploads – and interviews.

  5. My favorite go-to steak is chuck steak! I live off of it, quite literally 😀 I've been carnivore 100% for about a month now and gave up caffeine 3 weeks ago. I feel amazing! I lift heavy weights 3 times a week and do some stretches for flexibility. It's incredible how much energy I have now (off plants) and how much stronger I've become! Today a group of friends remarked how lean I'm getting! <3 I sleep better, migraine headaches and insomnia are both long gone, and my mood stability is incredible. I know this diet worked wonders to balance my hormone levels as well. I'm so thankful I decided to try this!!! I was keto – more towards the medical approach of a ketogenic diet – and needed something further to help me achieve my ultimate health goals. This is it for me ^.^
