  3. Thank you for your presentation and excellent comments. Your dedication is awesome. Kudos. I'm at week two and absolutely loving it. I have eggs some days and I do use cheese and butter. My supplements are magnesium and vitamin D. Instead of Apple cider vinegar I use freshly squeezed lemon juice in my water and I do have a couple of glasses of red wine every few days or so.

  4. I just started this diet and mentally I feel great. I don't feel anxious anymore. I think I will take black seed oil with this diet. I'm taking black maca now.

  5. How do u know it wasn't what u left out of your diet that caused the positive changes?
    Eating mono meals, whether all potatoes, carrots or eggs will work.
    Just leaving out sugar, dairy & junk foods will do wonders.
    I also noticed u were doing OMAD & IF……they alone are incredibly beneficial.

  6. But Sean Baker's blood work does not look optimal. He fasting blood sugar was 126, which is in the diabetic range for type 2. His cholesterol was about 200. His HDL was low. His vitamin D level was on the low side. His kidney function was not optimal.

  7. Have you started checking your body fat percentage at all, since you lost a good amount of weight ? Congrats by the way, with your weight loss success.

    What's your current weight, and body fat percentage ? I'm cheering you on ! : ) I'm currently about 320 lbs, and probably about 40% bodyfat, so I have a ways to go.

  8. I have subscribed! Want to get to a swimsuit presentable body by October. Going on a cruise to Tahiti! I avoid sugar because it makes me hyper. I eat Whole Foods and plant based but I do eat meat and fish. I do OMAD.

  9. I dont know much about the carnivore diet. But if its anything like the Atkins diet, then according to Barbara O Neil, there are going to be problems along the line. Supposedly the diet will work greatly for weight loss and even reversing type II diabetes. But along the line you increase your risk for certain inflammatory conditions like arthritis, bursitis, and several others.

This diet sounds horrible to me …JUST MEAT …urh. meat is so acid @ by not eating greens you have nothing to nuetrolise your gut …even meat eating wolves eat greens for that reason…so i don't agree with this i would rather follow Keto ……i don't care if you do loose wieght ..its not a healthy way to eat !!!everyone saying …ohhhh great you lost weight SO WHAT .!!!..this is gross.!!! Look at the men who follow this diet long term …they take on a prehistoric look …think on folks !!

  11. Lola, I tried this diet for one month and couldn't shit at the end of it. Was so clogged up I ended up in emergency. I also stuffed my gut Biome up completely and had to go on a special Probiotic protocol to restore my gut health.. This diet can be very very dangerous.. be careful folks!! After this experience I went plant based and this helped me regain my health and lose 20Kg's. I got a six pack now which is awesome!!

  12. I personally believe, that OMAD should not be considered being a carnivore. Too much of protein in just one meal doesn't work for me. It should be either two or three meals, that balances the cravings! Even many supplements contains hidden carbs and it's better to stay off while transitioning. Anyways, thanks for sharing!

  13. haha im just like you when it comes to testing this diet out. im lazy and dont really exercise and because of that i now have a belly which is where all my fat is stored. nothing has worked for me so after starting this diet with intermittent fasting i have a ton more energy and feel great. I work labor so thats where i get most of my exercise but since ive cut carbs 99% im hoping to see some improvement without much work.
