In today’s interview, we get a chance to talk about the positive results she has had with a zero-carb diet. She explains she was able to feel more satiated, quit the gym, keep the weight off and feel better than ever. Even her monthly cycle, which had stopped previously, had returned!

  1. What about those of us who cant Afford a stack of $12 a piece rib eye steaks? For my family that Costs $252 a WEEK. That's $1'008 a Month BEFORE taxes. I am part of a family of three. We need CHEAPER alternatives. ALL meat is acceptable. Especially higher fat meats and cuts. I HAVE to supplement my eating with Cream cheese and Cheddar Cheese. I'm too poor for steak. I eat a LOT of eggs also. And Bacon. I also take Liver in Dehydrated form. I cant handle the taste or smell of liver.

    The Medical industry is the problem. Doctors are not at Fault. Their ignorance is imposed on them by the medical industry and Medical Schools. Doctors do not understand their ignorance until they are exposed to it. And NOBODY wants to be told they don't know what they are doing. Especially after spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to learn what they THINK is right.
    A Lot of Doctors are learning from US what is right. My Fathers VA doctor had no idea about this stuff. He was killing my father. Then I finally went to his office with a folder full of information relating to blood sugar, insulin resistance, heart disease, And their roots in Carbohydrates and diet. I thank God he had an open mind. Because when he saw how my father was actually healing doing what I recommended the Doctor was FLOORED. He FINALLY decided to do the research on his own as well as looking at the studies. My father has since passed away at the hands of another doctor who refused to listen to me. The idiot who killed my father pumped him full of Glucose while my dad was in distress. My Dad was in a 2 week fast trying to heal himself of Epstein Bar syndrome(mono or sleeping sickness.) As soon as the glucose hit his system, his body went insane and Flooded his blood stream with potassium and crashed his blood pressure. Then all of his organs shut down. And he died. In under 24 hours, my father was gone. They called it "Systemic Organ Failure Syndrome". I don't blame the Doctor for his ignorance. I blame the medical industry for Teaching him what killed my dad.

    DO NOT count on Doctors to keep you alive. YOU are the biggest influence on your health. Educate yourself.

  2. This is a great interview. One of the best interviews I've listened to and watched. Such good well grounded common sense advice from more than a decade of personal life experience. First time I've come across her and find her incredibly refreshing – I will be looking for more tube vids to find her since I've noticed I love my meat and eggs, a little cheese here and there with some heavy cream (but milk does not agree with me)and I totally believe in listening to what our body is telling us! Thank you for this broadcast.

  3. …ive been on keto a month and lost 15, then started gaining… trying carnivore because i have autoimmune disease and the inflammation hurts so bad i can feel it in my fingertips when im typing(right now). Ive been told it wont help…honestly, its been 2 days and im hoping it will work.

  4. Carnivore diet is mind blowing. Who would have thought? A diet without suffering and years of hunger torture actually works better than anything else. Who wouldn't want to look like Kelly by eating meat?

  5. I really want to do this but I am scared of the cravings. I just want to feel satisfied and not feel like i need sugar to get through the day. I also want to feel like I can eat and not put on weight. I know I just need to shut up and do it.

  6. What a Godincidence! Stumbled across Kelly's website on Monday and now this video interview today. My boyfriend and I started today on Zero Carbs. We both want to loose 10 to 15 kg each and just want to feel better than we do now. Our health is actually good. Work in a factory so we have compulsory medicals and our blood work is excellent. No health issues for either of us, so our baseline is good. Subscribed and looking forward to watching more of your interviews. Love from a fellow South African.
