  2. dont drink water, especially with meal. Leeches nutrients. Cooking solidifies toxins in meat, better to eat raw. Try some raw dairy ; kefir , butter too you will enjoy . Pasturized dairy is a waste of time

  3. I agree with everything you're saying here. Just make sure to get a couple servings of green shit per day along with your meat. Not getting enough fiber can wreck your liver over a short period of time. In my opinion, a cup to steamed broccoli seasoned with garlic and salt is perfect alongside my steak. A handful of blackberries/raspberries go well with your eggs and bacon in the morning.

  4. I am from Brazil and we only the large thick salt on the meat and charcoal grill it.. It's great! You should try that…Vitamin D3 should help with the joints and the entire body functionalities.

  5. Try squatting with barbell outside the smith machine, use a moderate weight you can go full ROM on. Sometimes the smith machine can put you at an odd angle… optimize your lifts on the molecular level ; )

  6. so i went from a veggie/meat diet to a all meat diet amd could only last 4 days, first night was fine,second i puked pretty badly third i had explosive diarrhea, and had to stop b/c i just felt bad….went back to fried onions and steak for lunch and veggie salad and steak for dinner and then fast for 16 -18 hours and feel much better…anyone else experience symptoms like this?…granted i do have kidney disease and had a transplant two and a half months ago so maybe my kidney didnt like what i was doing but it has for sure helped me with keeping my sugars under control…its a journey and ive gone from vegan to nutrivore to carnivore and now back to nutrivore… overall i really enjoy this journey of recovery and see lots of benefits so far…

  8. Dammit. I like grand father George but not like this. This type of illicit feeding is forbidden where im from. So its uncomfortable watching. Eating animal consciousness is loving the animal so much that eating it will grant one a downgraded animal body in the next life time according to the law of nature. Transmigration of the soul.

  9. I applaud you for sourcing grass fed steaks but what makes you think meat is a source of longevity? You should look up what happens to inuits cosuming an all meat diet. And they eat a lot of seal and fish which is high in omega 3. What do you think eating beef which is high in saturated fats does to your arteries? The reason you lose weight on an all meat diet is because of ketosis, not because of the meat itself. The reason cholesterol profile improves is because you lost weight, not because of meat. Eating an all-meat diet isn't actually healthy.

  10. I was just wondering if you get grass-fed and grass-finished, or grass-fed and grain-finished? I’d love to do purely grass fed but the cuts are so lean, do you find yourself having to add in other sources of fat to get enough of it?
