  1. Thank you so much for answering my questions so gracefully. I totally relate to you and your experience. I do feel I need some rest. I also enjoyed the holidays eating some treats here and there, and in January went back fully carnivore and felt amazing! I think having a bite of a health food (or not) here and there is fine (mayce once a weekor so), but i still prefer sticking with a carnivore diet most days.
I am getting some surprises with the carnivore diet and getting sick all the time, maybe because i need to let my body rest more, not sure. I'm trying to figure this out but you gave a good insight. I was thinking could be dairy, but i never had any problems with it.
    Thanks again, love your channel.

  2. I'm glad you talked about the blood type diet. I've been looking into it and I'm also A positive, or the vegetarian type. I'm very interested on trying it out without quitting carnivore. I was willing to try that diet 100% but i don't wanna eat grains and fruits. But I'd be very interested to know how that worked out for you. I'm just getting sick too often, getting sinus infections and inflammation symptoms that i never had in my life when eating less animal foods and more grains.
I read the book and thought very interesting…

  3. Thanks to responding to my question, I've decided to get a blood test too as I think it's important to monitor your health more closely on any kind of exclusion diet. Blood tests aren't the be-all-end-all for checking if you're healthy but it's good to have some concrete numbers. I think a video comparing your last test with current results would be really cool.

Most studies that have been used to "debunk" cholesterol and saturated fat are conducted on older populations, basically in young people (under 50) having low cholesterol leads to better health outcomes, but older people get sick and that illness results in lower cholesterol as well as increased mortality.

These results are based on the Framingham Heart Study, one of the largest studies ever conducted on the subject in both scope and duration. It's the same study that found cigarette smoking increases the risk of heart disease back in the 1960s.

  4. I don't know if you ever touched on this before I just start following you but I've always been a trainer and I've been in ketosis for over a year but 47 days ago I started carnivore diet in my bench press went up my squats went up everything is becoming too light is freaking amazing but I do look forward to having an avocado next time I come off stage…p.s. a cool trick I do to get my salt and is I bought 2 lb of pink Himalayan salt from Amazon for $8 and I bought empty gel capsules size 0 0 and I feel those and eat them…Boom!!! Electrolytes covered
