What is the Keto Diet?
The Keto Diet is a LOW carbohydrate diet, that is primarily comprised of lean meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, some fruits, and some nuts. Unlike the Carnivore Diet, the Keto diet allows for a small daily intake of carbohydrates. The benefit of the Keto Diet is that it does not limit the calorie intake, but rather the intake of carbs. Therefore, most fans of this diet claim to never be hungry but still benefit from rapid weight loss without having to abstain from food.
